It will be a long time before part of a Sioux Falls bike traili opens again. The trail section between 41st street and Sherman Park was shut down earlier today for a flood control project. This will include raising the flood control levees. The trail won't open again until the fall of 2011. There are signs posted for alternate pedestrian and bike routes.
