A new job for Sioux Falls City Council member Bob Litz means he will be resigning.
Litz won the race for County Auditor in Minnehaha County Tuesday night. Under the city charter a city council member cannot hold another public office. Now Soiux Falls needs another council member. The council has 30 days to hold a special election or appoint a replacement.
