Have you got a favorite appetizer recipe you'd like to share? Then the Sioux Falls Convention Center wants you for its third annual Appetizer of the Year Cook-Off in December.
Six finalists will be selected to prepare their appetizer for a panel of local celebrity judges at 7 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Convention Center.
The winning recipe will be selected to be featured on the 2011 Sioux Falls Convention Center catering menu. Winner gets 100 bucks and 15 percent of proceeds going t\o their favorite charity.
