A man and his father didn't do it, but a 17 pound Jack Russell Terrier did. Jack the dog trapped a mountain lion. Chad Strenge and his dad Vitrus got the 12 gauge and found the 150 pound cat up a tree and looking down at the dog. Chad fired a shot and the cat came down and took off running away from the dog and the people. They all took off running, -- cat, dog, men -- and after three shots, Chad killed the mountain.
