Attorney General Marty Jackley says a man who has pleaded not guilty to killing a South Dakota deputy sheriff in March 2009 plans to change that plea soon. 21-year-old Ethan Johns is set for a plea-change hearing Wednesday in Parker. Such hearings are often the result of plea negotiations that will let a criminal get a much lighter sentence by admitting their role in a crime.
