Concerns about school budget cuts in Brandon

The Brandon Valley school district could be facing a $2.7 million budget shortfall if proposals are passed by the governor. That could mean a reduction in programs, or layoffs and other cuts. Dave Pappone, Brandon Valley Superintendent, invites those who want to support the district, to the legislative coffee on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at Tailgator’s. Legislators will be gauging our concern, in part, by how many people they hear from. Pappone also urges you to email District 10 legislators with your opinions.
