Steven Allen Brende, the man accused of rape and sexual contact against a then 7-year-old boy pleaded not guilty to four felony charges in Minnehaha County court yesterday. 54 year old Brende, faces up to life in prison if convicted on either count of first-degree rape and 15 years in prison on either count of sexual contact with a child under the age of 16.
