The start of road construction season as early as next month probably will cause some traffic headaches along Sioux Falls roadways this summer. The Argus Leader says that Two of the most significant projects are the reconstruction of the Cliff Avenue and 10th Street intersection and the addition of a third lane to Interstate 29 from 26th to 57th streets.
