State officials have issued a warning about blowing snow making roads slippery and possibly dangerous as the evening wears on. A cold front's expected to move into the area, bringing freezing temperatures and turning wet and snowy areas to ice. Drivers are reminded to turn off the cruise control and slow down as road conditions can go from good to bad very quickly and without warning.
