The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls, S.D., has issued a flood warning for the Redwood River in Marshall from Sunday morning until further notice.
Flood stage on the river is 14 feet; as of Wednesday the river was at 9.2 feet, the NWS said.
The river level is expected to continue to rise to near 14.9 feet by 1 a.m Tuesday, the NWS said, causing minor flooding of low lying areas around Marshall.
