Minnehaha Waiting for Flooding

Minnehaha County's watching its' neighbors to the north, waiting for the snow to melt. But that isn't stopping its emergency management team from putting a plan in place. KELO reports the County's basing its flood plan on the past, preparing areas in northern Minnehaha County near Renner, Baltic, and Dell Rapids, which typically have some flooding. The difference this year's it'll probably be much worse.
