Roads are reportedly improving in some areas, but drivers need to be aware that conditions are not perfect. ZHigh waters in Renner continue to be a concern. Preston Evans, Sergeant of the County Sheriff’s Department says “The only residential area that we are concerned about now is the Renner area and that's going to be manned on an at-need basis,”
