Beginning at 7 a.m. , construction crews will be cleaning the sanitary sewer along the center of North A Avenue between Frontage Road and West Blackhawk Street. Crews will be located in the center of the road, which will still allow for traffic to continue in both directions. Caution and reduced speeds should be used when traveling through this area. Work is expected to be completed on North A Avenue by 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
