The outside eastbound lane on Sixth Street will be closed between Phillips Avenue and the Big Sioux River Bridge starting at 8 this morning.
Traffic will be maintained in the remaining eastbound lane. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling in this area. Henry Carlson will be working on the Raven Building.
